I just received my Swannies blue light blocking glasses and sleep mask in the mail today. I’m wearing the glasses now and am super excited about them. I’ve tried several brands of blue light blockers in the past and what I immediately like more about the Swannies than others is the crystal clarity of the lenses. I can see through them better than any of the other brands I’ve tested so far.

I also really like the feel of the Swannies sleep mask and am eager to give it a try tonight. It is streamlined and snug, and you can open your eyes comfortably while the mask is still on as there is padding around your eyes and a space for your eyes to open and close naturally while wearing the sleep mask.

My sleep scores have been pretty dismal the last couple of nights. I don’t expect things to change right away, but I’m going to be disciplined about wearing my Swannies glasses by at least 6pm at night, along with my new sleep mask while sleeping. I’m sure I’ll have more to share along the way about how Swannies glassses and sleep mask are working for me, and I’ll continue to report my daily sleep tracking results and observations here.
